Şafak Yüca, a graduate of the French Political Science and International Relations Department in 2017, completed his Master's degree in Atatürk's Principles and Revolution History at Yeditepe University following his undergraduate degree.

Şafak Yüca's study, titled 'Savaş ve Modernleşme' which examines the migration management implemented by the Ottoman Empire between 1855-1866 within the context of the bureaucratic modernization process initiated during the Tanzimat era, was published as a book. Additionally, Yüca's stories have been published in various magazines. His story 'Türlü Burjuva Adetleri' was awarded within the scope of the 'Kaygusuz Abdal Story Awards' organized by the Contemporary Art Magazine.

His book titled 'Üç Buçuk Numaralı Gözlük' was published by Klaros Publications.

'Şafak Yüca, with his first book, paints the picture of the sidewalks we always walk on and the faces we know. While depicting reality with all its purity, he suddenly touches upon sadness.

He follows the traces of those trying to find their place, those who compromise themselves, and those who carry their disappointments and loneliness wherever they go. He returns to the days when bread was bought with report cards and pursues the pangs of change. Despite everything, he reminds us that there are also those who create hope.'
