Child Protection Agency Visit

Dear Turkish Medical Student Volunteers,

As the SCORP team, we conducted informative sessions on three different topics as part of the educational activities we planned for children and adolescents within the Child Protection Agency.

At the Adolescence Education session held on January 18, we provided children with reliable information about the physical and emotional changes that occur during adolescence. At the Hygiene Education session held on January 25, we explained the importance of personal hygiene and proper hand washing habits. During the Oral and Dental Health Education session held on February 8, we discussed the importance of oral and dental care, proper brushing habits, and ways to maintain dental health. We also spiced up our work with mini activities we did with the children after all our educational sessions.
