Selen Özçam Niron graduated with honors from the Management Information Systems (M.I.S) department at Yeditepe University and subsequently began a Master's program in Technology Management at the same university.

She currently works as a Sales Leader in the Cybersecurity Software field within the Software team at IBM. She has contributed to the design of corporate cybersecurity infrastructures. She has gained expertise in various areas over more than 10 years in the sector, working with clients in different industries (Telecom, Finance, Insurance, Retail, Airlines, Automotive, Public sector).

She began her career with an internship at Koç System and further developed herself by working with different manufacturers in distributor companies to address corporate needs.
