Yeditepe Istanbul Reading Event

Are you ready to discover Istanbul's cultural heritage between the pages?

Libraries Week, celebrated in Turkey since 1964, is organized to encourage the public to benefit more from libraries and to draw attention to the importance of librarianship.

We are meeting at Istanbul Library this week due to the intervening holiday!

Organized in collaboration with Yeditepe University Culture and Arts Office, Information Center and Çelik Gülersoy Foundation Istanbul Library, Yeditepe Istanbul Reading Event brings together reading enthusiasts. We will read Çelik Gülersoy's Beyoğlu'nda Gezirken and Istanbul Estetiği together, and then we will hear about Istanbul Library from Art Historian Hayri Fehmi Yılmaz.
