İsmail Dalan graduated from Yeditepe University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department in June 2015. The boutique patisserie business that he established in 2007 is still in business and apart from that, he started to work as a folk dance trainer in 2008 and is still working in Yeditepe University Folklore Club. He opened a restaurant with two partners in 2015 and transferred it in 2017. He started his career at Yeditepe University Corporate Communications Events Office in 2019 and currently is the Executive of Clubs and Student Activities Office within the Dean of Students.
