During the week of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, we’re hosting a Kite Festival with our little friends!
As the Atatürkist Thought Club and the Business Club, we are coming together on Tuesday, April 28, to hold our 13th Annual Kite Festival! As part of the National Sovereignty and Children’s Day celebrations, we are very excited to spend a full day with the little ones coming to our university from the Children’s Homes and to celebrate our National Holiday.

In this episode of the Yeditepe University Folklore Club Podcast series, under the theme “Extraordinary Cities… Extraordinary Stories…,” we visit the Süreyya Opera House, one of Istanbul’s premier venues that embodies the city’s artistic spirit.
We embark on a journey together through the art-infused corridors of this building, whose architecture represents a unique transition spanning from the late Ottoman era to the early years of the Republic.
