We will have running groups suitable for all levels. Even if you have never run before, you can join us without hesitation.

We are aiming to run 5 km.

We will also participate in running races as a group, and we will have various raffles and events.

Within the scope of this training, the basic principles of high-angle systems, the correct use of safety equipment, knot techniques, and controlled descent and ascent applications will be demonstrated both theoretically and practically.

It will be an educational and enjoyable training experience that we will share together.
