Our 2022 graduate in Plastic Arts and Painting, Gülnihal Yıldız, is among the 28 artists participating in the “Bugünü Resmetmek” exhibition organized by Yapı Kredi Kültür Sanat Yayıncılık.
The “Painting Today” exhibition brings together artists from different generations and tendencies, featuring their works from the past five years. The title “Painting Today” is used with two meanings: the first refers to the approaches and methods of contemporary painting subjects, while the second highlights the societal atmosphere of our times and the sociopolitical landscape it creates.
The “Painting Today” exhibition is open for visitors at Yapı Kredi Galeri from May 17 to August 11, 2024.
Our graduate Gülnihal Yıldız's first solo exhibition, titled “For a Moment, Backward,” was also hosted by Kairos Gallery in 2023.
