Yeditepe University offers healthy nutrition & diet services and nutrition education to employees and students.
In nutrition and diet service interviews, the person's diet and health needs are evaluated. Fat, muscle and edema are measured with a body analyzer. Taking all the data into consideration, a personalized nutrition program is prepared with personalized nutrition recommendations. The dietitian is a good resource to improve students' quality of life and help them reach their healthiest selves. In addition to one-on-one consultations, campus dietitians provide group trainings to staff and students on various nutrition-related topics. Our institution's dietitians regularly plan nutrition trainings in order to eliminate information pollution on current nutrition issues and to create and maintain awareness of healthy eating.
Collaboration between dietician and psychologist is of great importance for efficient results in the physical and mental health of the individual.
