Business and Life Magazine Grey has published an interview with our 2016 graduate in Gastronomy
and Culinary Arts, Dila Gençer.
Discussing her Çatkapı Mezze restaurant, which she founded, Dila Gençer revealed her motivation as
"guests who eagerly anticipate coming to taste the flavors from the chef's hands." She also
expressed, "My favorite thing is to add my own touch to my appetizers. There's a bit of me in every
product."
Among her future plans is the opening of a branch in the Aegean region, so if you happen to come
across 'Çatkapı Mezze' in a city you visit in the coming years, don't be surprised.
