Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Club

MISSION:
As Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Club, our mission is to examine, experience, recognise and promote the influence of the cultures of societies and the geographies they live in on their diet and culinary arts.
 

VISION:
The vision of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Club is to develop a community of food lovers who appreciate the art and science of cooking, while fostering a deeper understanding and respect for the cultural histories and traditions behind the food we eat.
 

PURPOSE:
To promote appreciation and knowledge of the culinary arts and dining etiquette among club members. To organise food-related activities such as workshops and cooking classes. To encourage the exploration of different cultures and cuisines through food and beverage experiences.
